was in a photo tat was in The Newpaper on Monday,22 October! hee hee.. it was for the photomarathon.. it was quite clear. hee.. fun.. :) eh, i was not trying to be lovey dovey ah. my neck was aching from having to look up to the third floor for about 10 mins. was just resting my head. hee..

anyway, wat have i been doing in my quest for happiness? well, for one, i have been trying to think positive in many aspects and deciding not to be so hard on myself when things dun go so well. also try to just relax and go out without worrying too much for work. this is actualli not very healthy as i have been doing my assignments very last min. and my exams are not far away, yet i have not started on my revision... hmmm..

dear has started on his studies.. his studies are more siong than mine. he goes for class three times a week for 4 hours each time, from 6 to 10. with no break and all. poor dear. hang in there k? the math seems tough and daunting, but u can make it thru! :) i'll help with the other matters k? i'm going to take one module next year. time table clashes force me to spread the modules out. well. got more time at hand. i wan to learn driving. should i go for school or private? hmm.. guess it depends on how much money i have. private should be more affordable. shall not spend too much money. wonder if i can learn from my sis's instructor? must ask her.. :)

just submitted the last one.. yesterday's submission was crap. serious crap. bad crap.

haha.. it was crap.


my shoulder's aching from all that work. is it possible to get a strain in the shoulder such tat i will not be able to do work anymore? will the insurance company pay me? hee..

i should be

writing my essay. but i'm not. haha. i got about 300 words down so dar. 1700 more to go.i just need a passing mark.how to write just enough to pass? haha.i dun like psychology.i can put in lots of effort into my writing for english, but i can't say the same for psychology. why didn't i choose business? till today,i dun understand. i am so silly. haha...

the weekend went on well. started with the photo marathon. we went around dressed identically, carrying bags that re the same in terms of colour just different in size, and looking like idoits sitiing on the ground taking photos of pigeons under the watchful eyes of the ENORMOUS bird at the OUB building at boat quay (or is it clarke quay?) i get mixed up over this two places. haha... i like the pictureof my big bird. i'll print it out big. haha... it's a cute bird. very fat. hee..

on suday, my family went over to yang's place. for the first time they met. haha.. it was an interesting outing. i have to admit,i was nervous prior to the outing.didn't noe how it would turn out,but i think it turned out very well! :) hope everyone thought so too... :) happy...

then we went to juliah's place for our usual hari raya gathering. we didn't takea photo together though. would have been nice.. :) the main topics of conversation were buying houses, and booking of venue for dinners. haha.. it's the age thing.. next year there's two confirmed weddings. 18 Oct is Alvin + Dawn and 14 Sept is Joyce + Louis. happening.. :)


lastly we went to ezar +erma's place... mee siam was excellent. :) yang was playing with the light sabre trying to look cool and with a smaller tummy.. he was holding his breath to take this photo..

back to reality on Monday. trying to type at sim..came early, finally read the article i am doing a review on and trying to type at least half of the review by today. will get try my best later. 1000 words at least before i sleep. 200 more before i go for lecture at 7.30. will try too meet my target.. my keypad has burnt marks. think it's the rubber protective covering tat is causing the marks. heart pain. there's burnt smell too... now tyoing without the covering. hope my fingers are clean enough... :)


i am so last min.. haiz. but i completed my english assignment 5 days ahead of deadline. it's a matter of interest. next year i'm going to take it slower... instead of rushing to finish it by dec 08, i'll spread out the modules and complete it in dec 09 instead. shall not kill myself. hee... oops... 200 words to go... good day! :)

wat the hell is a critical review? 2000 words. in like 3 days. out of which 2 will be spent outside everywhere and one day will be spent in sch. maybe i should do my psy assignment soon.

the grey's anatomy soundtrack is good. the songs are very nice.. :) the show is all about making decisions. the supposedly right ones at the right time.. life definitely does not go the way we all want it to, but we have choices. i tot Meredith would stau with her man. he's great. Izzie keeps losing the man she loves. tough.. Burke left. cos he did not continue his contract. i would rather he have married yang and then died or somthing. silly. well, looking forward to season 4. Thanks for lending me the DVDs Juliah! They are great.. hee.. caused me to neglect work though. haha.. oh well. life is about choices ya? :) i hope season 4 will not be about the new interns. i kind of like the same group of ppl.. but then again, nothing much to write about them anymore? hee

first i must clarify. i do not have lots of money. i just need a phone with good camera function.. i sold my Nokia 6300 bought less than a month ago and bought a K800i silver phone. yeah, it's the same phone as the one tat was stolen, but i realli like the cybershot phones by SE. the other cybershot phones are priced beyond my means, so no choice i bought a new old handphone. hee hee.



on the other hand, my bro had some cash and he could use his plan to upgrade and he got the latest SE Cybershot phone, K770i. it has similar functions to mine, only tat i is about half as thick as mine and it looks good too. nice.. maybe i can ask hime to exchange with me?? hee.. it's wistful thinking on my part ah.. haha...



maybe he can get me a canon ixus. it's slim and nice. i am a loyal canon camera fan.. my very first canon camera was a manual SLR. it's good. second one is now lost in some part of thailand.. haiz.

took a shot of lotus flower at AH. went there to get cough mixture for my grandma.. think i should have gone there yesterday.. my grandma fell last nite.. had a bruise on her knee and a scratch under her eye. she fell cos she was coughing real badly and when she tried to get up from the bed so she would not cough so badly, she fell. haiz.. i feel guilty. :( hope she'll be ok soon. hope the cough syrup helps.. four bottles will last her a while. will go and see her again when my bro has to stay in camp for 2 weeks..



met up with Din, Boon, Chee Seng, WL, Martin and Jiawen.. talked about NCC days and lots of other stuff.it's nice to meet up and talk to them.. everyone is still like the same when we were CLTs, hanging out in camp together or going for makan.. the last time we all met up for dinner was at swensens. 5 or 6 years ago, if Din didn't bring it up, we would have forgotten.. hee.. :) cool..come to think of it, it was indeed one of the last time we met in one big group... time to plan for another.. sorry ah Din, it'snot tat i purposely delete ur number.. i lost my phone and i had no chance of asking u!!! hee hee... anyway, congrats on being Store Manager! Way to go, Din! hee.. seeing ur name spelt as Dean is weird.. hee hee...

i am supposed to do work this weekend.. but then again, it's tough not eating snake a little and just relax... i think i worked hard. one of my recent assignments received a high grade.. a whopping 92.. was hoping to hit like 95, but think 92 is good.. great in fact, hee.. the last two due soon.. i promise i'll start on it soon...

had a not so good day yesterday. felt like giving up my quest. was unhappy.. haiz.. but today was a better day... but i nearly fell flat in my face early in the morning then i nearly sprained my ankle.. in front of the school.. it could have been a better day.. i think i should watch my mouth.. one day i'll get into trouble.. hmm..

oh oh, forgot to mention about meeting up with wai and ross and talking till late last fri.. it has been a long time since we did tat! woo.. those were the days.. i miss the pri sch/sec sch/ncc/poly days/ sb-ml days ..after poly i became more withdrawn and kept to myself most of the time in nie.. when i got posted to my sch, i was a loner for a while.. now i'm glad it's not the case anymore.. took me three years.. hee... well,better late than never...


was waiting for the bus after visiting my grandma when somehow i lost my ezlink card.discovered after i board the bus... and i only had a ten dollar note with me.. with 30 cents, i was quite embarrassed.. i got off at the next stop and was contemplating wat to do when another auntie who alighted with me gave me 60 cents so i could take the next bus.. wooo... i was touched... Thank you auntie... :)

my nephew is growing up quickly everyday.. he can wave goodbye alreadi.. so cute. hee.. still have a strong urge to pinch his cheecks everytimei see him.. he is drowsily cute in the morning.. cute.. :) love him to bits... he nearly plucked out my spacebar just now. it's kind of not responsive now.. hee hee... just a tiny little bit... it's stil good.. he can get me a new laptop ya?? hee hee..

the only downside was tat baju was not collected, well, had managed to collect one top, but not the other top and bottom. heee.. delayed.. will need to collect another day. cannot wait to wash it and try the other top on.. hope it fits... excited.. :)
